Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Own electrical hardware design for a significant part of a grid tied inverter
- Schematic, PCB Layout, PCB and PCBA release
- Manufacturing ramp
- Root cause analysis
- Supplier visits for quality control
- 2+ years expertise designing grid tied or similar power converters - any aspect (LV, DC/DC, MPPT, DC/AC, filter, GFCI, magnetics…)
- Extremely strong electrical engineering fundamentals
- Strong fundamentals of electrical layout and magnetic design
- Strong fundamentals of EMC design
- Strong working knowledge of UL 1741, IEEE 1547 a huge plus
- Four year college degree in Engineering, math, physics, or similar
