Healthcare Subject Matter Expert
Ciklum is looking for a Healthcare Subject Matter Expert to join our team full-time in USA.

About the role:
As a Healthcare Subject Matter Expert, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
This role will provide deep industry knowledge and strategic insights for our healthcare solutions. The SME will collaborate with product, development, and business teams to ensure compliance, innovation, and efficiency in healthcare operations, technology, and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards (e.g., CMS, HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, ACA)
- Guide product development teams in designing solutions aligned with payer, provider, and PBM requirements
- Analyze industry trends and emerging regulations to recommend best practices and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare workflows, claims processing, and patient engagement
- Support client engagements, RFPs, and presales efforts with expert insights and industry use cases
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare IT standards
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing on healthcare policies and system functionality
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in health plans, PBM, or health IT solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and claims adjudication
- Experience with EHRs, PBM platforms, or healthcare analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to interpret regulatory changes and translate them into business and technology requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
