Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Strategic Oversight

  • Serve as the primary POC for the Government COR, ensuring effective communication and contract execution.
  • Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure all program objectives and contractual requirements are met.

  • Mentor and support Field Managers, Technicians, and Logistics personnel, fostering a culture of servant leadership and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD training and certification requirements, including 8140/8570 cybersecurity certifications.

Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance

  • Establish and enforce work standards, ensuring adherence to Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and mission-critical IT performance goals.
  • Monitor program risks and operational challenges, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate issues before they impact performance.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews, ensuring customer service excellence, problem resolution, and continuous service improvement.
  • Drive process optimization, refining workflows and leveraging ITIL-based best practices to improve efficiency.

Government & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead recurring and ad-hoc Government meetings, presenting program updates, risk mitigations, and performance reports.
  • Align IT services with Government policies, mission objectives, and operational priorities.
  • Maintain clear documentation, policy adherence, and contractual compliance to support program audits and reviews.
  • Develop transition strategies to support Government-directed changes and evolving IT requirements.

Qualifications & Required Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in IT program management, IT service delivery, or government contract management.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale IT service programs within a DoD or federal contracting environment.
  • Proven experience managing teams, enforcing work standards, and overseeing mission-critical IT service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, including ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent.
  • Expertise in ITIL best practices, cybersecurity compliance, and performance-based IT operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to senior Government officials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
  • PMI certification (CAPM, PMP, PgMP, PfMP)
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • CompTIA Security+ equivalent or higher
