- Monitor program risks and operational challenges, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate issues before they impact performance.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews, ensuring customer service excellence, problem resolution, and continuous service improvement.
- Drive process optimization, refining workflows and leveraging ITIL-based best practices to improve efficiency.
- Lead recurring and ad-hoc Government meetings, presenting program updates, risk mitigations, and performance reports.
- Align IT services with Government policies, mission objectives, and operational priorities.
- Maintain clear documentation, policy adherence, and contractual compliance to support program audits and reviews.

- 8+ years of experience in IT program management, IT service delivery, or government contract management.
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale IT service programs within a DoD or federal contracting environment.
- Proven experience managing teams, enforcing work standards, and overseeing mission-critical IT service delivery.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, including ServiceNow, Remedy, or equivalent.
- Expertise in ITIL best practices, cybersecurity compliance, and performance-based IT operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to senior Government officials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
