Experience with project management timekeeping systems for recording IT capitalization and timesheet compliance.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data from Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Agile delivery systems such as Planview Portfolios, Jira, Salesforce Project Universe, and ServiceNow to maximize internal labor capitalization opportunities across our IT Project Portfolio. You will use your analytical skills, innovative personality and desire to build relationships to collaborate with multiple lines of businesses. These insights will help you understand the problem at hand and create an analysis plan to leverage the appropriate data and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the IT Management Office (ITMO) stakeholders, agile delivery teams, and IT managers to ensure requisite data is populated in agile systems of record to enable IT capitalization reporting

  • Identify timesheet compliance issues in agile systems of record and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders as necessary
  • Employ data analysis techniques to identify and visualize timesheet compliance issues in Frost s agile delivery systems of record
  • Communicate data-driven insights to the appropriate stakeholders at various levels as necessary
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying and assisting with the research of data anomalies

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, in a related field, or equivalent experience
    • Familiar with data analysis techniques such as regression, trend lines, forecasting, modeling, and clustering (for example: Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Splunk, etc.)
    • Experience in analyzing data from multiple source systems to identify critical data gaps
    • Excellent organizational change management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft office applications

    • Skills:
      • Experience with IT capital and operational expenditure reporting
      • Experience with Jira and Tempo plug-in
      • Experience with Planview Portfolios
      • Experience with project timesheet data
      • Experience in effectively presenting data-based insights and recommendations to all levels of stakeholders
