Why Work at Relay?
Relay Resources is committed to making a difference by providing everyone, including those with disabilities, access to meaningful work. We provide generous benefits and encourage people to take advantage of training opportunities and various pathways to growth.
We encourage people with a disability, or a Preferred Worker Card, to apply. Relay works with our employees to provide special accommodation, as needed. These are unique accommodations provided to our employees based on an individual’s needs which could go beyond ADA expectations, especially for those with non-physical limitations, such as mental health or cognitive disorders, to aid them in employment success, while expecting the completion of their work duties and commitments.
We also understand that stable housing can be a barrier to employment. That’s why we manage over 900 affordable housing units across the Portland Metro area.
A Culture of Love
We take pride in our community partnerships and helping businesses to succeed. But what sets us apart is our culture of love, cultivating a culture of acceptance, inclusivity, care, and compassion.
