Job Description:

We are seeking a Cloud Service Logistics / Cloud Maintenance Specialist with experience in a service-based environment to oversee and manage cloud infrastructure logistics, maintenance, and operational support. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud service management, incident resolution, preventive maintenance, and process optimization for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cloud service logistics, ensuring seamless cloud infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Oversee incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of cloud-related issues in a service-based environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of cloud services to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Monitor service requests, change management, and SLA compliance for cloud infrastructure.
  • Work closely with cloud vendors, IT teams, and client stakeholders to enhance service delivery and ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement best practices for cost optimization, resource utilization, and service automation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of cloud maintenance processes, service reports, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Cloud Service Logistics and Maintenance within a service-based environment/client setting.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of cloud service lifecycle, ITIL processes, and service management best practices.
  • Experience with incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification in Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) or ITIL is a plus.
