A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $40/hr - $45/hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).

Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on product recruitment to join our team, reporting directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition.
This is an individual contributor position and will manage full life cycle recruitment efforts for requisitions across select teams.
Lead and deliver a seamless search process that effectively attracts, assesses, and closes the best technical talent possible.
Technical skills:
i. Proficiency with MS Office
ii. Proficiency with ATS systems
a. Knowledge of modern technical stacks, with a product focus. - knowledge of Product hiring, product management, etc
Soft skills:
i. Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A high degree of business acumen and comfortability in dealing with ambiguity.
ii. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Role:
Lead and deliver a seamless recruitment process, managing the full cycle from sourcing to closing to attract and secure top product talent.
Build partnerships with local, regional, and global leadership to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent.
Manage, evaluate, and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent to our core, developing, and emerging businesses. Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence.
Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies tailored to specific product teams, utilizing both internal and external market insights to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and market insights to drive effective hiring decisions.
Promote and embed inclusive hiring practices throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
Stay informed of industry trends, competitive insights, and product hiring best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.

Deep experience in technology recruitment, with a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across roles such as Software Engineers, Reliability Engineers, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Technical Program Managers, and Technical Product Managers in a corporate or search firm environment.
Knowledge of modern technical stacks, including frameworks, languages, and tools commonly used in software development, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and product management.
Act as a trusted partner to both hiring managers and candidates by demonstrating an understanding of engineering principles and trends.
Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A high degree of business acumen and comfortability in dealing with ambiguity.
Experience fostering collaborative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of employment laws as well as associated human resources and hiring practices.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Highly proficient with all Microsoft Office products particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Workday ATS is preferred, but not required.
