Role and Responsibilities:
As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail sales growth and expanding Able’s presence across various retail locations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Retail Expansion: Identify and open new retail channels including grocery stores, mini-markets, cafés, and gyms to increase product availability.
- Sample Management: Manage the logistics of product samples, including pick-up and drop-off to potential retail partners.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels at each retail location and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Brand Education: Train and educate store team leads on the Able brand, ensuring they can communicate key product benefits to customers.
- Merchandising Compliance: Capture and share photos of Able products on retail shelves once stocked to ensure merchandising standards are met.
- Promotional Execution: Oversee promotional calendar activities, ensuring promotional tags are active and visible during campaigns.
- Feedback Loop: Build strong relationships with store managers and gather feedback on product performance, both during and outside promotional periods.
Practicalities:
- Type: Full-time position.
- Compensation: Salary is negotiable and includes a competitive sales commission based on achieving company targets.
- Travel: Significant travel is required to meet with retail partners and attend relevant trade shows.
