Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Payroll and Time and Labor/Time Tracking modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Workday Payroll and Time and Labor/Time Tracking modules based on client requirements.
- Provide functional expertise and support for payroll processing and time-tracking functionalities.
- Assist in system testing, including test scenario creation, execution, and issue resolution.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Ensure compliance with payroll and time-tracking regulations.
- Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other Workday modules.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Workday HCM with a focus on Payroll and Time and Labor/Time Tracking.
- Hands-on experience in Workday Payroll processing, time-tracking configurations, and reporting.
- Ability to gather business requirements and implement Workday solutions accordingly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
