Job Title: Data Center Knowledge Management - EDMS

Duration: 12+ months
Rate is $DOE/hr. All inclusive

100% Remote

Additionally, other important skill sets that are required are:

  1. Advanced excel / google sheets doing SQL, vLookups, pivot tables looking at large sets of data - Google suite of skills (sheets, etc. Excel skills must be VERY strong)
  2. Documentation / knowledge management and knowing how to structure in a way via taxonomy being able to update construction documentation following a set process
  3. Testing / training on new tooling / software migrations working with internal customers / end users on the tool
  4. Ability to work independently, but being able to manage and work as a team and with stakeholders
  5. Quick on the uptake who is inquisitive and able to learn new ideas / strategies / tools quickly
  6. Strong attention to detail and able to work well in an ambiguous environment

JD details:

  1. Document Management and Tracking: Support the Readiness TPM and internal teams with document intake, tracking, stakeholder coordination, review, and approvals.
  2. Overflow Support: Provide overflow support for new document intake, existing document updates, metadata alterations, and dissemination support within the EDMS system and other established readiness team tools.
  3. Testing and Feedback: Assist with testing of internal readiness tools prior to customer launch and provide feedback on the tool, changes, and related processes.

Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelors in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
  2. Required Experience:Prior experience in a construction and/or engineering team with proven proficiencies in collaboration, solutions development, and high-level business operations.:)
  3. Preferred Experience:Past experience involving SQL, advanced spreadsheet formulas, JavaScript and/or Google App Script a plus.
  4. Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of and experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS, ideally AODocs), gSuite applications (gmail, sheets, etc), project management tools (Asana and Buganizer would be preferred)
