Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the migration off Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring minimal disruption to operations.


• Manage and optimize Citrix environments, including deployment, troubleshooting, and user support.


• Oversee IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.


• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing potential problems before they impact operations.


• Provide expertise in Microsoft Windows systems, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes.


• Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience migrating off Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and managing Citrix environments.


• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.


• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems and related technologies.


• Ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues before they escalate.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Citrix (e.g., Citrix Certified Associate or Professional) and Microsoft (e.g., MCSE, MCSA).


• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
