What You'll Do
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective preparation and follow-up.
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO and other senior leaders as needed.
- Assist with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Handle ad hoc requests and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and communication skills to ensure seamless coordination across time zones.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for focused work.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Self-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Must be Eastern or Central time zone based
- Experience in a legal, tech, or SaaS company
- Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot, and/or other workflow management tools
- Salary range $60-80K, commensurate with experience
- Fully remote work environment
