About The Company

Our client is a well known luxury manufacturer of consumer products and is hiring an Analyst to join its Human Resources team. This role will be an integral part in the design, development, and administration of the company’s HRIS, compensation program, onboarding process, and other key projects.

Responsibilities

  • Complete monthly Headcount/Compensation Reports for submission to Finance
  • Administration of HRIS including setting up new hires, deactivating terminated employees, and troubleshooting general problems in conjunction with IT
  • Create, track, and manage the Global Personnel Request Form process, obtaining approval from local approvers and senior management
  • Manage Concur Expense system for employees in North America, including troubleshooting employee issues with Concur Support and updating company policies/rules within the system
  • Support HR initiatives with presentations and meeting materials when necessary
  • Run key HR reports supporting Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting functions
  • Support the HR team with company events and planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or HRIS
  • Expert/Advanced level in Microsoft Excel, especially with V-Lookup and Pivot Tables
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills

Salary Range

$70,000-$80,000
