My client operates in the financial technology (FinTech) sector, offering a platform for merchant cash advance (MCA) funding. They are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with 5+ years of experience in merchant cash advance (MCA) financing.
The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) business. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities
- Manage all sales functions of the business
- Provide feedback to company leadership on sales-related topics
- Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance or other relevant field
- Strong experience in merchant cash advance (MCA) financing (5+ years)
- Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
- Extensive experience in marketing, with expertise in Google Ads and generating direct leads for merchant businesses
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
