Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination, conference room booking, and candidate expenses
- Coordinate Zoom interviews when necessary, with candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring teams
- Assist with updating candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Follow up with interviewers and candidates post-interview and compile feedback
- Assist with conducting reference checks and initiate background checks as needed
- Partner closely with HR and IT to ensure a successful onboarding process
- Bachler’s degree
- 1-3 years in related field
- Prior exposure to Greenhouse or a similar ATS
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Outlook
