  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is one of the largest alternative asset management firms looking to hire an Assistant Vice President to join their Miami location.

Responsibilities
  • Review monthly estimate and final Fund NAV’s
  • Review and analyze NAV reconciliations with various third party administrators and custodians
  • Review and reconcile calculation of and pay management and performance fees, client capital statements generated by third party administrators, and fund foreign currency exposure and coordinate hedging
  • Assist in the setup and launch of new products and Funds
  • Review capital call and distribution calculations and review investor notices
  • Collaborate with offshore resources with NAV production
  • Utilize technology and outsourced solutions to enhance efficiencies and controls
  • Work with reporting teams to properly present data in audited financial statements and regulatory filings
  • Review legal documents for fund accounting process considerations

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
  • 7-10 years of fund, audit, or administrator experience
  • CPA, and/or CFA preferred
  • Experience with PE, hedge fund and/or FoHF investing
  • Accounting systems experience strongly preferred

Salary Range

$150,000-$165,000
