Job Description:
The client is seeking a Business Analyst with Insurance Domain Knowledge to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and defining business requirements, managing application support, and ensuring seamless communication between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement gathering and elicitation phases to define business requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfaces.
- Conduct walkthrough sessions with architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product requirements.
- Maintain and manage requirement scope for enterprise applications.
- Translate customer requirements into requirement specifications and use cases.
- Manage application support functional service requests, ensuring a holistic understanding of application functionality for both IT and business teams.
Experience & Skills:
- Insurance domain expertise with a strong understanding of insurance business processes and systems.
- Experience working in iterative and Scrum-based Agile methodologies.
- Strong coordination skills to work effectively with business teams and stakeholders.
- Business process modeling and requirement analysis experience.
- Experience in defining functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications.
- 12+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3+ years in enterprise application implementation or application support projects as a Business Architect or Business Analyst.
