New York City area based remote Cybersecurirty Sales Director needed for an IT Services and Consulting company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target clients with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Start with NY, NJ ,PA, MA, CT states and then continue to grow business in other states.
  2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, procurement officers, and senior executives, to understand their cybersecurity needs and challenges.
  3. Solution Selling: Work with clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements and present tailored solutions that address their unique challenges, leveraging our suite of cybersecurity products and services.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and ROI of our cybersecurity solutions.
  5. Contract Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms for both the client and the company, successfully closing deals and contributing to the company s growth.
  6. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 10+ years of sales experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  2. 5+ years leading a sales team.
  3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cybersecurity requirements, challenges, and regulatory environment.
  4. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as SSE, threat intelligence, endpoint protection, and dark web monitoring is a plus.
  6. Education: Bachelor s degree in business, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
