Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager/Lead to oversee and optimize the daily digital retail operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive growth and operational excellence.

Technical Leadership:
Lead the development and optimization of the Oracle ATG Commerce platform and associated technologies
Oversee system integrations including payment gateways, content delivery networks (Akamai), and third-party services
Manage platform performance, security, and scalability
Direct technical solutions for complex business requirements
Ensure seamless integration between ecommerce platform and order fulfillment systems

Operations Management:
Drive operational efficiency across all digital commerce channels
Oversee daily website operations, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives
Manage incident response and technical support escalations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and Order fulfillment
Lead capacity planning and technical roadmap development.

Team Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and resources
Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
12+ years of IT operations experience in enterprise ecommerce environments
Strong experience with Endeca
10+ years hands-on experience with Oracle ATG Commerce and Endeca platforms
Deep understanding of order management systems and retail management systems (RMS)
Expertise in system integration and API management
Strong knowledge of ecommerce security, performance optimization, and scalability
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Middleware

Additional Requirements:
Experience with major ecommerce integrations (payment, shipping, inventory, returns)
Knowledge of modern ecommerce trends and best practices
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience leading remote and distributed teams
