The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. - Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budget s, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee all phases of the sof tware development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Facilitate communication across te chn ical and business teams, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and progress.
- Manage risks and issues, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, including procurement policies , data governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular status updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.

You Have:
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Micro sof t Project, or ServiceNow
- Experience with supply chain platforms and enterprise procurement systems, including SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and IT systems
- Knowledge of data governance, reporting, and analytics within procurement and supply chain contexts
- Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Ability to deliver practical, user-centric solutions using analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project Management Certification such as PMP Certification
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in project management, leading large-scale IT projects in the procurement and supply chain domain, or Master's degree and 8+ years of experience in project management, leading large-scale IT projects in the procurement and supply chain domain
