Medical Information Specialist (HYBRID)

- Will be taking calls, chats, emails and providing responses to customers
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Will be handling adverse events on product quality, and will be submitting inquiries
- Main FOCUS of role: Responding to medical related requests
- Must have at least 2 years of experience

Possible candidates could have backgrounds in:
- Retail Pharmacy
- Hospital Pharmacy
- or a Pharmacist at a clinical company

Description:
This position is for a frontline Therapeutic Specialist who will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals across all therapeutic areas in rich clinical dialogue by responding to unsolicited medical inquiries. The specialist may provide ad hoc customer support in the form of clinical discussions and/or literature search analysis. They will also assist with omnichannel processing and daily reconciliation support. Responsibilities also include compliance intake/reporting by identifying and documenting adverse events and/or product quality complaints. The specialist may interact with business partners external to the MISE.
