AI Data Operations Specialist

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Job Description

This is a techno-operational role where you will be able to hone your technical and operational prowess. As an AI Data Operations Specialist, you will play a significant part in evolving the foundational Data services and capabilities for our AI and Machine Learning (ML) solutions that transform the user experience and workflow efficiency of enterprise services. You will also be deeply engaged with and providing support to our engineering team in data initiatives. You will provide excellent support to the BUs with a variety of requests for customer datasets in a complex landscape and must ensure that each interaction is handled with a professional attitude and a superior level of service- it is about passion, innovation, and excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.

What You ll Achieve:

  • Collaborate with Business Units, Product Managers, and Engineers to research, troubleshoot, and resolve data requests and issues efficiently.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the NOW platform, system architecture, and tools.
  • Diagnose and root cause various technical issues, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Prioritize, escalate, and drive issue resolution while managing communication and stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide clear, high-quality technical documentation and exceptional customer service.
  • Partner across teams (Product, Development, QA, Operations) to enhance processes and deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in coding with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of the NOW platform is a plus.
  • Previous support experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
