Business Analyst with System Reporting - Onsite Interview
Requirements:
- Must have 8 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in application development.
- Proficiency in SQL experience in querying, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in system reporting using Oracle and SQL for enterprise applications.
- Experience with system testing, including unit, integration, and UAT testing.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, working within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Experience with project or product management, assisting with planning and coordination.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system modifications.
- SQL to develop queries, reports, and data analysis.
- System testing, coordinating UAT, and validating functional changes.
- Agile teams to refine user stories and prioritize development tasks.
- Coordinating system demos, user acceptance testing, and release planning.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure requirement alignment.
- Communicate with stakeholders, provide status updates, and document process changes.
