Job Description:

This Systems Analyst will translate the Business Analysts User Stories ("What") into technical User Stories ("How"). This project is related to a Pega workflow application/platform and will interface with both Salesforce and call center.
Role on the Team:

Part of an Agile team, who owns their own work from Jira to Production
