Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of staffing services, industry standards, and client acquisition strategies in the USA market.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
