Role: Technical Writer
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Duration: 6+ months
Mode of work: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

  • Prepare instruction manuals, user guides, procedures, processes, and other supporting documents to communicate complex information more easily.
  • Create Process Maps to layout process steps from start to finish and Flowcharts to document basics of a work or information flow.
  • Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for maximum reader comprehension.
  • Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.
  • Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
  • Analytical skills required for the development and/or update of policy, procedure, and form documentation.
  • Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
