Degree Requirements:
Preferred Bachelors degree.
Description:
Take initiative to develop a thorough understanding of business processes, best practices, and available supporting technology & documentation.
Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Drive the development and implementation of significant improvements to existing processes.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to document the key business goals and objectives for a new or existing process.
Create detailed specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
Participate in the Scrum and Agile software development process to facilitate progress, answer any questions and provide more detailed requirements as necessary.
Collaborate with development teams to produce any required documentation or communications that may be necessary in support of the project including project status, project roadmap, release plan, etc.
Create and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet requirements and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback for refinements.
Assist the Help Desk with problem and incident management.
Collaborate with the training team to support end user training, as necessary.
