What You'll Do
- Interaction via phone and written communication to provide exceptional customer service to coworkers and clients
- Partner with clinics and occupational health facilities to obtain necessary documentation for clients
- Enter billing fees for occupational health services in appropriate programs
- Collaborate with collectors to schedule and perform urine drug screen collections and other screenings at client facilities
- Review occupational health results for accuracy and forward to clients in a timely manner across multiple platforms
- Analyze, problem-solve, and provide resolution to locate clinics and other occupational health facilities
- Enter new sites and billing information across multiple platforms
- Set up third party billing accounts
- Confirm existing vendor data and update as needed across multiple platforms
- Order vendor products as needed for onsite events
- Utilize Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for case management
- Initiate and maintain appropriate documentation of case management from initial report through final resolution
- Previous experience in drug-screening industry a plus!
- MS Office Intermediate User (Advanced User a plus! and Excel Super User a plus plus!)
- Experience in support/client services – customer service orientation essential
- History of successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen attention to detail
- History of phone experience
- Intermediate data entry experience with a keen attention to detail
- A strong work ethic, problem-solver, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Well organized, able to prioritize, and efficiently work under high volume conditions
- Works well independently, but also eager to work collaboratively across teams while demonstrating leadership and accountability
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
