Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in ERP and accounting systems to ensure the quality and accuracy of financial transactions, accounting workflows, and ERP functionalities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in credit, debit, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and ledger transactions, along with experience in managing accounting and ERP test cases. The role requires strong skills in automation testing, API validation, and test execution using tools like Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate financial transactions including credit, debit, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and ledger transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop, manage, and execute accounting and ERP test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business workflows.
  • Verify credit notes, refunds, and adjustments within the accounting system.
  • Ensure ledger transactions are correctly recorded and reported.
  • Design and implement automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver to improve test efficiency.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or RestAssured to validate data flows between integrated financial systems.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for end-to-end, functional, and regression testing.
  • Execute database validation queries (SQL) to verify financial transaction accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of QA experience with a focus on ERP and accounting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting workflows, including credit, debit, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and ledger transactions.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Proficiency in API testing with tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
  • Experience in SQL and database validation for financial data integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex financial system issues.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, ALM, etc.).
