As a Tiger Tracks Account Manager, your expertise in Google and/or Meta Ads will be central to your role. You will apply this knowledge to deliver superior digital marketing performance, drive client business growth, and craft holistic campaign strategies. As a Tiger Tracks Account Manager, your expertise in Google and/or Meta Ads will be central to your role. You will apply this knowledge to deliver superior digital marketing performance, drive client business growth, and craft holistic campaign strategies. You will lead account management for a diverse portfolio, building strong client relationships and guiding them through decision-making processes that drive impactful results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of top Tiger Tracks clients (4-8 accounts), owning client relationships, overseeing account performance, and achieving internal and external growth goals.
- Leverage expert knowledge of Google and/or Meta Ads to optimize campaigns, including bid strategies, performance adjustments, and budget allocations for peak efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Conduct budget pitches and present data-driven recommendations, aligning with client goals and maximizing their ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations through proactive communication, detailed performance updates, and strategic insights.
- Lead high-stakes client calls and meetings, offering performance updates, future growth strategies, and tailored recommendations.
- Proactively communicate with clients through email, calls, and meetings, addressing their inquiries and concerns while presenting actionable insights and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee campaign management, including optimization strategies, bid strategies changes, bid adjustments, and budget allocations to ensure optimal performance.
- Serve as an industry thought leader, offering clients trusted expertise to optimize advertising investments and develop sustainable growth plans.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media, specifically in high-growth advertising or media agencies.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google and/or Meta Ads is required. You must be able to demonstrate mastery of bidding strategies and deliver proven success in campaign optimization.
- Proven track record of managing Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns, with familiarity in other digital channels as a plus.
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders (e.g., Co-Founders, CMOs) and leading client calls.
- Proven success managing multiple accounts across diverse industries, particularly in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities building trust and driving thought leadership both internally and externally.
