Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare interior design, with at least 3 years focused on federal healthcare and VA projects.
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of federal healthcare guidelines, including VA standards, and evidence-based design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to clients and project teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with team members across different time zones.
  • NCIDQ certification and/or LEED accreditation is preferred.
