Must Haves:
*Experience with Salesforce and Jira
*3+ years in operations or project management using Agile and Predictive methods for a software company
Preferred:
*Previously worked in implementing Customer Success Tools, including but not limited to Gainsight, Planhat, Churnzero, etc.
*PMI-ACP, PMP certification or equivalent
*Previous experience working/managing projects in Customer Success environment/organization
Job Description:
Our client in the software space is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to help lead the implementation of a Customer Success Platform. You will leverage your analytics skills to solve problems and drive improvements using data and metrics. Key responsibilities include executing implementation documentation, platform configuration, and tracking success metrics to ensure ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful tool implementation and work closely with key business constituents to understand operations and align implementations with our strategy and goals. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success and collaborating with the lead Program Manager, you will work in a fully virtual, highly collaborative environment with various roles across the company, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of a Customer Success Platform, focusing on operational documentation.
- Develop SOPs defining roles for different users (CSM vs. Admin).
- Create test plans for the CS tool in their environment.
- Manage ongoing maintenance, process improvements, and tool enablement.
- Coordinate teams to align on deliverables with project objectives.
- Proactively manage scope changes, identify risks, and devise contingency plans.
