Business Analyst UKG FP&A

Job Description:
Our client is in the process of implementing a new CRM and seeks 2 Business Analyst with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Product Management background to help support the effort. These individuals need to be solidly experienced as they will be accountable for gathering requirements and translating these into steps required for system set up. The Business Analysts will work closely with the Enterprise, Cyber and Data teams to translate these requirements into the system configuration, data migration and UAT processes. Duties will be associated with CRM implementation to include process optimization and product development within finance-related systems.
Duties include:
- Gather business requirements for CRM configuration, FP&A tools and financial systems
- Translate requirements into technical and functional specifications
- Work with stakeholders
- Support the implementation of automation where appropriate
- Identify areas for system efficiency improvements
- Define and prioritize features for finance-related applications
- Manage system roadmaps and enhancements
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee deployments.
- Support implementation and upgrades of FP&A software
- Ensure integration of FP&A tools with ERP systems
Required
- Domain Knowledge in HR
- UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is MANDATORY
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is MANDATORY
- Product Management background is MANDATORY
- Experience with ERP Systems
- Experience with BI & Analytics tools
- Experience with Project Management tools
- Experience with Process Automation tools
