ServiceNow Business Analyst Role

Contract role

Specific Requirements:

• Candidates must reside in South Florida.
• Onsite 3 days a week. Tues, Wed and Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm
• Minimum travel <10%
• 5+ years of hands on experience using Service Now. We will be standing up a new instance and redesigning all our processes. They will need to know how to navigate the current instance to pull data for review etc.
• 5+ years of hands on process mapping experience.
• 5+ years experience with Service Now security profiles, set up and approval process, and onboarding. Track the process to create and implement all the new SNOW processes.
• Coordination and communication with Internal and external teams during IT service transition.
• Experience managing the creation and implementation of service now processes specifically for ITIL. Need to have some business process mapping experience.
• Experience in a transition of infrastructure support from 1 vendor to another.
