Job Title: Workfront Consultant

Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced Workfront Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workfront core design and configuration, coupled with Workfront certification. Prior experience in a consulting role is highly desirable.

In this position, the candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess business requirements, design and implement Workfront solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure clients maximize the value of their Workfront investment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workfront core to meet client business needs.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Provide expert guidance on Workfront best practices and configuration techniques to optimize workflows and processes.

Configure and customize Workfront to suit client needs, including building custom fields, forms, reports, and dashboards.

Train and support clients in adopting Workfront and its full range of features.

Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to Workfront configuration and functionality.

Stay current with new features, enhancements, and industry trends related to Workfront.

Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.

Ensure that the solutions provided meet the required quality standards and align with the client's strategic goals.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in Workfront core design and configuration.

Workfront certification is required (e.g., Workfront Certified Administrator).

Strong understanding of Workfront capabilities, modules, and customization options.

Solid experience in consulting or client-facing roles, understanding client needs and translating them into actionable solutions.

Ability to provide ongoing support and troubleshooting in a Workfront environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in managing Workfront implementations, migrations, and upgrades is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Experience:

The ideal candidate should have 5 10 years of experience in relevant fields, including:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Workfront core design and configuration.

5+ years of overall experience in a consulting role, working with enterprise software solutions.

Proven success in client engagements, helping clients leverage Workfront to improve project management and workflow efficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Workfront Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.

Familiarity with Workfront Fusion for integration purposes.

Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.

Ability to support both on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

Prior experience working in an enterprise consulting environment is a plus
