What is the Public Sector Strategic Resourcing Team and why join?
As a Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) you will be acting as the technical consultant to multiple customers across Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Program Executive Office Digital (PEO Digital) as well as US Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM). These areas are essential to customers and the team is providing mission-aligned strategies to ensure the customer is identifying the right solutions to solve their technology challenges. We bring deep experience and expertise in developing customer relationships and technical solutions needed to help ensure successful Navy missions in the most effective way. We draw on our full-scale suite of end-to-end capabilities to help customers upgrade and modernize their IT infrastructure by providing a collaborative environment in which to develop integrated, innovative services and solutions.
What Will You Be Doing?
The Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) role is to achieve impressive goals by offering World Wide Technology s advanced suite of products through multiple OEM s including Cisco, Dell, HP, NetApp and VMware, to name a few. This role requires a deep understanding of the Navy s Enterprise engineering infrastructure. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, supporting customers in shaping connectivity solutions that align with the modernization of Navy networks and the greater mission of providing a modern, secure digital experience for its users. This position is remote. Up to 35% travel required.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, supporting customers in shaping connectivity solutions that align with the modernization of Navy networks and the greater mission of providing a modern, secure digital experience for its users. This position is remote. Up to 35% travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Solutions Architect focused on customizable and innovative IT Solutions (Infrastructure Modernization, Multi-Cloud Architecture, Security and Digital Transformation).
- Serve as the technical liaison to all supported clients selling complex product and services offered by WWT.
- Lead end-to-end network architecture discussions, including WAN/BAN, campus and data center networking, cloud interconnectivity, and Zero Trust networking.
- Design and optimize high-performance, mission-critical networks integrating technologies from Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Equinix, Gigamon, and Cohesity.
- Architect secure and scalable solutions leveraging SASE, SD-WAN, network segmentation, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Attend business appointments with the Navy Sales Team; partner with OEMs and internal sales and engineering teams to drive business outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, OEM, and System Integrator (SI) peers.
- Develop and sustain a close, effective partnership with the sales team for business strategy, relationships, customer engagement, partnering, training, and response to business solicitations.
- Leverage consultative skills to create new opportunities and gain new customers.
- Help team solve conflicting priorities and make timely, effective decisions.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and drive results within team.
- Oversee the business processes and help drive effective communication between Sales and Professional/Strategic Services.
- Provide technical direction, coaching and mentoring to employees and others to achieve successful short- and long-term outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years Technical Experience in relevant industry and Associate to Advanced level technical certification in a single domain.
- 7+ years progressive experience as Technical consultant, Technical Specialist, System Engineer, or comparable position performing the duties of this position.
- Experience supporting enterprise network environments with a focus in any of the following technologies: Infrastructure Modernization, Multi-Cloud Architecture, Security and Digital Transformation.
- Strong consulting experience and the ability to partner with sales, engineering teams and OEMs.
- Excellent oral and written communication, product demonstration, customer service, and presentation skills are required.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and ability to collaborate.
- Industry certifications are desired (i.e. Cisco, VMware, Microsoft).
- A Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the market sector required Federal government or military (Navy) experience is highly desired.
- Ability to travel up to 35% as needed.

- Secret security clearance required; Top Secret preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Leadership, mentorship, and the ability to translate complex IT architectures into easily understood and consumable solutions is required.
