Remote: ServiceNow Lead - ITAM / ITOM
Role : Senior Lead Software Engineer (ServiceNow- IT Operations Management - ITOM) (Consider 6+ years for Lead Software Engineer)
JD: Minimum experience 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform.
Must have an experience on ITOM: Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and/or Cloud Provisioning and Governance
Role : Lead Software Engineer ITAM (ServiceNow- IT Asset Management - HAM Pro, SAM Pro) / Consider 8+ for Senior Lead Software Engineer
- JD: Having 6+years of experience with SAMPro, ServiceNow, and asset management software Experience in Analysis, Requirements Gathering, customization of various Servicenow modules as per client requirements including but not limited to Servicenow SAM Pro & HAM, Discovery, Incident Management, Service Catalog, Problem Management, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, HRSD etc
- Analysis/Configuring of Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) Analysis/Configuring Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Experience with SAM processes and frameworks, including Procurement, Servicenow Discovery, provisioning, maintenance, and retirement
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including IT Asset Management, CMDB, Discovery, Procurement and other relevant modules Scrum/Agile methodology Configuring Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
