We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Service Cloud and Salesforce Contact Center to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical and functional experience, working closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of Service Cloud, Contact Center, and integrations with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud & Contact Center.

Design, configure, and customize Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Work closely with stakeholders to enhance customer service processes and improve agent efficiency.

Implement and manage Omnichannel routing, CTI integrations, and automation within Salesforce Contact Center.

Develop and maintain Lightning Flows, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other Salesforce components.

Provide technical leadership and best practices for Salesforce architecture and development.

Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Contact Center.

Strong experience in techno-functional consulting, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.

Experience with Omnichannel routing, CTI integrations, and automation.

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data model, and process automation.

Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is a MUST.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI-powered customer service tools within Salesforce.

Knowledge of third-party contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce.

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
