Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with expertise in Salesforce Shield, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and DevOps practices to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce Shield security model, optimizing and configuring CPQ solutions, and implementing DevOps strategies for efficient Salesforce release management. You will play a critical part in supporting our Salesforce ecosystem and ensuring that our system is secure, automated, and scalable.

Skills and Qualifications:

Salesforce Shield: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield, including encryption, event monitoring, and field audit trail. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security features, including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.

Salesforce CPQ: Experience in configuring, managing, and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions. Understanding of product configurations, pricing models, quoting, and discounting rules in CPQ. Ability to integrate CPQ with other Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Billing.

DevOps Center: Proficient in DevOps tools and practices for Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce DevOps Center, Git, Jenkins, CircleCI). Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce. Understanding of deployment best practices, including sandboxes, release management, and data migrations.

General Salesforce Experience:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM211) certification is required.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder or other developer certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica for connecting Salesforce with third-party applications.
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex.
