Expected pay amount: 36.00 USD Per Hour

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Assignment length: 12 Month Contract

Job description: Our VOR partner HireArt is helping a global leader in AI development find 2 Senior Audio Engineers to join its team.
As a Senior Audio Engineer, you will:

  • Evaluate and audit audio recordings within each task to identify and flag quality issues, including sibilance, plosives, background noise, disruptions, or any other anomalies that may affect accuracy and usability.
  • Monitor and assess contributor performance, delivering daily insights on quality trends and recommending whether to retain or off-board contributors based on their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on pipeline optimization, strategizing improvements to better align contributors with project requirements, ultimately enhancing the quality of submitted work.
  • Serve as a calibration partner, helping guide other onsite contributors on Goldfish Audio SFT and future audio projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience or educational background
  • Strong audio engineering background or extensive experience editing and mixing dry dialogue audio files
  • Ability to identify audio issues such as plosives, sibilance, background noise, distortion, clipping, etc.
  • Music background or experience refining audio (ie., podcasts, content editing, etc.)
