Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The Strategic Initiatives Manager is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Technology & Operations Transformation Office that is at the center of building best practices that drive consistency and scale across our technology organizations. This role is responsible for supporting the office of Digital Enablement ranging from strategy to execution with a focus on scalable best practices that deliver exceptional experiences. Additionally, this role will develop and implement communication and branding strategies, activate Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, enhance Learning & Development culture, and improve employee experience through engaging events and initiatives.

We're looking for a self-starter who is collaborative, works well in ambiguous situations, enjoys strategic problem solving, and has strong executive presence.
What Will You Do?
  • This dynamic role will have accountabilities for:
  • Support the building and maintaining of strong relationships with Digital Enablement leaders and other key stakeholders such as Communications, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Enterprise Chapters to support strategic initiatives and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Partner with Technology & Operations Communications to develop and implement comprehensive communication and branding strategies to enhance the Digital Enablement brand, ensuring consistency and driving awareness both internally and externally.
  • Activate Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies in alignment with Enterprise Organizational Change Management, including leading DE's Change Champion Network to improve change readiness and business outcomes.
  • Enhance Learning & Development culture in collaboration with Tech & Analytics Learning, and HR to develop and activate learning strategies, resulting in increased engagement and skill development.
  • Enhance employee experience through engaging events and initiatives, including All Hands Meetings, offsites, and opportunities for employee connectivity and recognition.
  • Craft and deliver impactful presentations and communications that convey strategic recommendations, current and future states, and gap analyses for internal and external engagements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of practices to enhance organizational operations, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
  • May support leadership and extended leadership meeting preparation, content development and presenting (topic dependent).
  • Support strategic projects to assist with scaled implementation.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and partner with executives and senior leadership.
  • Experience serving as a trusted partner in a technology organization, including managing confidential details.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including development of presentations and proposals.
  • Background in strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence.
  • Strategic thinking and experience in supporting large initiatives.
  • Facilitation skills, with the ability to bring together the right people for meaningful discussions toward data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working with unstructured information to build strategic approaches.
  • A comprehensive understanding of core Agile processes and practices
  • Possesses a passion for technology and an understanding of strategic products and platforms, along with how they support and enhance enterprise capabilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables).
  • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Agile (CSM or PO), Project Management (PMP), Change Management (PROSCI) or Lean Sigma Black Belt).

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 5 years business experience.
