Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our products and services. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to produce high-quality technical content, including user manuals, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and present complex information clearly.
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Structure content for easy navigation and usability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with technical concepts, software, and APIs.
- Experience with documentation tools (Markdown, Confluence, Git, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex information into simple, user-friendly content.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or programming languages (optional, but a plus).
