8+ years experience as an app dev BA

Prior airline experience required - specifically with crew system experience is ideal

o Specifically, experience with updating business rules based on shifting contracts and taking that to the changes in the systems

Description:

• This BA will be supporting a large Flight Attendant Contract Renewal Project, that will be kicking off later this year. Will be working within the Crew Technology space, specifically with the Inflight Records Application

• Once the contract is signed, they will have a lot to do around terms and conditions and updating their systems accordingly per the contract.
• Trying to get people onboard before the contract is signed so they have ramp time
• Would be working with existing application team members at United who would bring the BAs up to speed on how the contract is integrated into Crew applications today.
• Not a greenfield project, this is what we have, this is what we need to change.
