Required Experience:

5+ years of experience in trading systems and trading analytics within the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of trading desk workflows, including trade execution, risk management, and compliance.

Experience with position keeping and P&L reporting systems.

Knowledge of market risk metrics and risk reporting methodologies.

Proven experience gathering requirements directly from traders and risk managers.

Hands-on experience with trading system integration and data management.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with industry-standard trading platforms and risk management systems.

Understanding of real-time data feeds and market data integration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.
