Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Connect and Avaya Engineer with 7+ years of expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS Connect, Avaya systems, and a strong background in integration, optimization, and troubleshooting of enterprise-grade communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation:
o Architect and deploy Amazon Connect solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
o Configure, maintain, and integrate Avaya communication platforms (Avaya Aura, Avaya OneCloud, or equivalent) with AWS Connect.
o Develop call flows, IVRs, and routing strategies using Amazon Connect's contact flows and Avaya tools.
o Develop APIs and custom connectors for seamless communication between Avaya systems and AWS services.
o Perform regular updates, patching, and maintenance of Avaya systems and AWS Connect instances.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in implementing and managing contact center solutions.
Proficiency in Amazon Connect, AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch).
Strong knowledge of Avaya systems (Avaya Aura, Avaya OneCloud, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with integrating CRM tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Zendesk with AWS Connect or Avaya systems.
Deep understanding of telephony protocols such as SIP, VoIP, and WebRTC.
Key Skills:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
