Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager
Work Location: On-Site, Jackson, MS (No Remote except during Office Closures or other "as-needed" circumstances arise)
Duration: 2 Years Contract
Some key functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and third-party vendors.
Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and deadlines.
Track project progress and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
Coordinate project status meetings, reports, and documentation.
Required Skills/Experience
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in government or technology-related projects.
Experience managing software development projects and vendor relationships.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent).
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred/Not Required
PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification.
Experience with state government agencies or regulatory environments.
Familiarity with business registration, filing systems, or campaign finance processes.
