SAP Technical Business Solutions Architect (ecommerce and Hybris)
Job Description -
We had this role previously opened and it was called a Solution Architect, but it wasn't an architect role but rather someone that provided Solution. This is still the case, but this is what they need:
- Someone with B2B e-commerce experience.
- E-commerce experience with tools like salesforce, Shopify, big commerce, Hybris, etc.
- This is not necessarily a technical position, but rather this is someone that will look at the specifications and convey them to the developers and architects.
- This person will be sitting in an agile team and be a liaison between the stakeholder and developer team. They need to be able to talk in technical terms, but they don't have to be highly technical they do need to have e-commerce experience/knowledge

- Relocation offered but those local to Texas or surrounding states will be preferred
- Interview: 3 rounds - rounds one and two are video - round three is onsite and is required. Absolutely no exceptions so please do not ask. They will pay for the interview expenses.

SAP Technical Business Solutions Analyst/Architect - (Hybrid-Dallas, TX)
Location: Hybrid model - This is a hybrid model position that is based out of Dallas, TX. This position works M-Thru onsite, and Fridays are remote
Relocation: Offered
Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full-Time Employment

The Technical Business Solutions Analyst/Architect will work cross-functionally with the manager, members of IT, and Digital. eCommerce & Marketing business teams to create a culture of high-quality execution. This role will serve as the principal technical resource and business partner for the SAP Commerce B2B and B2C eCommerce portal effort and its implementation and enhancement to ensure that the company is properly positioned for future growth.
This position is not for a Solution Architect. This person will be the liaison between the stakeholders and the development team. You will work on business requirements and review what updates and solutions can be provided for the ecommerce platform and convey this information in a technical manner to the development and Architecture team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into user stories or use cases for technical teams.
- Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences.
- Provide functional expertise and insights during design discussions.
- Design user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces to ensure intuitive user experiences.
- Effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
- Stay current with industry s best practices and adhere to relevant standards.
- Manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive project success.
- Ensure solutions align with the organization s long-term IT strategy.
- Support feasibility studies, project assessments, and the initiation phase, including scoping, risk management, and estimation.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure high-quality solutions that meet requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with eCommerce.
- Extensive experience in business analysis for eCommerce platforms such as Hybris, Shopify, Big Commerce, Salesforce Commerce, or Adobe Commerce.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on gathering requirements, system configuration, and customization.
- Demonstrates a strong blend of functional and technical expertise.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions and opportunities to non-technical decision-makers.
- Experience delivering product demos when needed.
- Familiarity with Agile project execution.
- Basic project management experience is a plus.
