About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner with deep expertise in mortgage servicing platforms, specifically MSP (ICE Mortgage Technology) or LoanServ (Fiserv). This role requires a strong understanding of loan servicing operations, compliance regulations, automation, and digital transformation to enhance platform efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product roadmap for mortgage servicing technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users to define requirements and prioritize feature enhancements.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of product enhancements for MSP ICE, LoanServ Fiserv, or related servicing platforms.
  • Work closely with technology, compliance, operations, and risk management teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational standards.
  • Define and manage user stories, backlog grooming, and sprint planning in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Develop process automation strategies leveraging AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline servicing workflows.
  • Ensure seamless integration of servicing platforms with other mortgage systems, such as customer portals, investor reporting tools, and payment processing.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to optimize servicing operations and improve customer experience.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes (CFPB, RESPA, GSE guidelines, investor requirements) to ensure compliance in mortgage servicing functions.
  • Act as a product champion, conducting training and workshops to drive adoption and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product ownership or management, with a strong focus on mortgage servicing technology.
  • Expertise in MSP (ICE Mortgage Technology) or LoanServ (Fiserv), including system configurations, integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of loan servicing operations, including default management, escrow administration, payment processing, investor reporting, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with engineering teams and vendors.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based servicing solutions, API integrations, and data analytics.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in mortgage servicing, including CFPB, RESPA, FDCPA, and investor guidelines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
