Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a cleared Social Media / Communications Analyst that will design, create, and implement communication strategies. This is currently a remote position, but position may go hybrid; candidates must reside within commuting distance of Arlington, VA. Salary is up to $92K and is based on each candidate s professional experience and skills. An active Secret clearance is required.
NAVY EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY DESIRED
In this role, you will develop clear and engaging content for social media, website content, newsletters, and other digital platforms. Your work will make a direct, positive impact on the wellbeing of Navy Sailors and their families!
Communications Analyst Responsibilities:
- Align visual communications and social marketing with customer s strategic communication strategy.
- Ensure all visual communication and social marketing messages and materials are coordinated with management.
- Analyze effectiveness of strategic communications and adjust content.
- Develop strategic communications and a variety of multimedia campaign products to deploy key messages (i.e., brochures, factsheets, reports, posters, and other educational training aides).
- Provide creative copywriting support including creating, editing, layout and proofreading from concept to completed product.
Communications Analyst Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance Required
- Bachelor s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied science or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology.
- 5 years of experience in communications, strategy analysis, or marketing.
- 1-3 years of experience in designing, creating, and implementing communication strategies for organizations.
- Proficiency in content development for social media, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience supporting government agencies is a plus.
