Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to drive key project deliverables. This role involves implementing 834 and proprietary eligibility, COB, and group files for various health plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business rules, core platforms, and applications related to EDI exchanges and eligibility processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Business Rules & Data Analysis: Quickly develop a deep understanding of business rules, core platforms, and applications related to EDI exchanges.
Eligibility Framework Design: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end frameworks for processing eligibility exchanges, ensuring compliance with industry standards and business needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate and lead discussions with health plans and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, review UAT test cases, and align on project objectives and deliverables.
Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation outlining business rules, process flows, and technical specifications.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct multiple rounds of end-to-end testing, leveraging prior experience in developing and executing test scenarios.

Required Skills & Experience:

EDI Expertise: Strong knowledge of 834 transactions and healthcare eligibility processing.
Business Analysis: Proven ability to analyze requirements, define workflows, and document technical specifications.
Stakeholder Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with business users, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
Testing & Validation: Experience in creating and executing test plans, performing UAT, and troubleshooting data issues.
